Very neat and clean apartment with the normal (Soviet style) renovation. It has 2 rooms, 7th floor of the 7-stored building, elevator works 24 hours, very well secured inner yard and the bulding - security people on guard as well as metal coded doors. this flat has a lot of electronic equipment - TVs, music center, dvd player, cable internet etc.. the biggest dissadvantage of this particular apartment is the old tiles in both bathroom and kitchen. There is a split airconditon in each room, new windows and balcony. There is an amazing view to Shevchenko Park and Oper House from this apartment. We should note that this is one of the cheapest 2-room aparments located on Sumskaya street in Kharko city. it costs 40-45 USD per day.
