This is the 2-room apartment, only 5 minutes walk away from the metro station "Yuzhniy vokzal". Renovation was made not long ago. It has two separate rooms, one room has a large bed and the other one has 2 sofa beds. Located on the 4th floor, the elevator does work but not too often :-) . The entrance of the apartment is in satisfactory condition. You can make your opinion of this Kharkov flat by watching video and photos.
