According to Storozhenko, to the concept of reconstruction of stadium "METALLIST", the Kharkov airport and "METALLIST-city" available also are offered to the main investor of projects — to businessman Alexander Yaroslavskomu. In structure of a complex "METALLIST-city" it is planned to construct for territories around of stadium five-stars hotel, the trading and sports centers. It is supposed to hand over "METALLIST-city" and the airport by July, 2010 when it will be necessary to present them to auditors of UEFA. As informed agency, the Kharkov area is going to finish reconstruction of stadium "METALLIST" in 2009. on June, 5th mayor of Kharkov Michael Dobkin has created working group on the organization of development and the statement of the detailed plan of the territory adjoining to stadium "METALLIST". The predesign sketch of reconstruction of the territory adjoining to stadium "METALLIST", experts of institute "KHARKIVPROJECT" have executed. At 1 stage of works it provides reconstruction (partial expansion proezzhej the parts, a new covering, street illumination) streets Kremlin, Vlasovskaja and an anonymous lane being this area. At 2 stage reconstruction of other streets in area of stadium " METALLIST ", and also construction of parking for cars is supposed. As mayor of Kharkov Michael Dobkin has emphasized, the given reconstruction is the program-minimum. The program-maximum provides designing and creation for means of investors for territories of 30-40 hectares in area of stadium of sports small town. Businessman Alexander Jaroslavsky earlier has declared intention to construct a sports complex and five-stars hotel on the basis of stadium " METALLIST " in Kharkov. Authorities of Kharkov declared intention to involve 2,5 million griven on an accomplishment of territory around of stadium " METALLIST ".
