Chairman of the Kharkov regional council Vasily Salygin has initiated and has instructed all constant commissions regional council to develop and place for consideration sessions the program according to which Kharkovites, living in city not less than 5 years, could receive freely the ground in radius of 25 km from Kharkov for construction of private houses and conducting their own garden facilities.

The press-service of the Kharkov regional advice has informed on it

" I consider, that the ground in radius of 25 km from Kharkov should be given people who not less than 5 years live in the city of Kharkov, under building and conducting personal garden facilities ", - has declared Salygin.

Salygin has addressed to chairmen of regional council, city, village, to rural chairmen, heads of facilities, the enterprises and military parts that each of them in the territory has used the best efforts that the ground which actually people use on which their houses and personal facilities are located, belonged to these people lawfully that each head has made all necessary for maintenance of citizens with a full package of documents.

Salygin has called heads to show more safely the initiative and to act with offers on more effective utilization of the grounds which are being their conducting which are now used insufficiently rationally.

Salygin has addressed also to all inhabitants of Kharkov and area with the offer to bring the ideas and offers concerning this program. " We shall necessarily consider them at sessions of the commissions and we shall consider at the statement of the program ", - has told Salygin. In the Kharkov area lives 2,85 million person, from them in the city of Kharkov - 1,46 million person.
