This is very cosy and small apartment in the very downtown of Kharkov city. The total square is 25 sq meters. 2nd floor without elevator. This building is 100 years old but very solid - it is one of very few residential areas around Constitution Square. This apartment has the followings things - big sofa-bed, washing machine, cable tv, electric water heater, all kitchen utilities, NO telephone, we are working right now on installing the cable internet there. the entrance of the building and the landing reminds the Soviet past.
